What Is Shadow Work & Trauma Release Support?
Shadow work is the practice of consciously meeting the aspects of yourself that were once pushed away - emotions, patterns, beliefs, or memories formed through life experiences and trauma.
Trauma release support complements this process by gently working with the body, breath, awareness, and emotional presence to help stored tension and survival responses unwind at their own pace.
This is not about reliving trauma.
It is about creating enough safety for your system to soften, regulate, and integrate - allowing clarity, self-trust, and inner stability to emerge naturally.
